DUI Drug Risk Reduction

This package includes the full DUI/Drug Risk Reduction Course including the NEEDS questionnaire, intervention course and required course material. The course is spread over 2.5 days. When you register and pay for the course, the understanding is you have read and agreed with our TERMS & AGREEMENTS as well as reviewed our schedule. To attend the chosen course, you must complete the NEEDS questionnaire in the office during regular office hours from 10 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. Please take the NEEDS Assessment at least 2 days prior to your chosen course. We do not provide refunds if we are willing and able to provide the service. Being late for the course is not an excused absence. If necessary, we will be glad to reschedule you for a missed course. Be sure to choose the course schedule that meets your needs. All courses run Friday from 6 PM - 10 PM & Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM - 6 PM. The full course must be completed to receive a certificate of completion.

Driver Improvement - Defensive Driving - Point Reduction or Reinstatement

Driver Improvement Course also known as Defensive Driving. This course helps to reinstate a drivers license or removes up to 7 points. If eligible you may qualify for an insurance discount. Check with your insurer for details.

Driver Education - 30/6 Joshua Law Course

This is the full driver's education course with 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of driving. The office will contact you the next business day to confirm your classroom selection. We must have 5 students to hold the course. If the courses do not make, A Driving Advantage will provide you with a variety of options to meet the Joshua Law requirement and obtain your drive time. Please be aware that you aren't able to redeem Grant/Scholarship codes online, you will need to call the office at 770 - 830 - 0045.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT

You are registering to take the NEEDS ASSESSMENT Questionnaire. The NEEDS ASSESSMENT is a 130 question survey that is completed in the office at A Driving Advantage. You must complete this questionnaire prior to any DUI/Drug Risk Reduction Course. Our recommendation is you do this at least 2 day prior to the chosen course date. When you take the NEEDS ASSESSMENT, it is valid for 1 year from the date of you take the survey. When you register for this component of the DUI/Drug Risk Reduction Course, it is our understanding you have read the TERMS & AGREEMENTS located on our website. You have also reviewed our schedule and agree you can attend one of the courses provided. If A Driving Advantage is willing and able to provide the NEEDS ASSESSMENT, we will not refund funds. We provide the NEEDS ASSESSMENT Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 5 PM and by appointment.

Intervention Componet

You are registering for the Intervention Course ($235.00) and course material ($25.00) only. Prior to taking the Intervention Course of the DUI/Drug Risk Reduction Course, you must have taken the NEEDS ASSESSMENT component in the office of A Driving Advantage. Our recommendation is you take this 2 days prior to the chosen course start date. The NEEDS ASSESSMENT must be completed at a minimum of by 4 PM on the date of the course start date. The course is spread over 2.5 days. When you register and pay for the course, the understanding is you have read and agreed with our TERMS & AGREEMENTS as well as reviewed our schedule. Clinical Evaluation

Clinical Evaluations are a face to face interview and may require more information than the initial session. It is not a counseling session and is tasked with a full review of your alcohol and drug use history including legal history. The evaluator may require additional information which can can be provided back to the office or through an Unum account the evaluator will establish for you. The Unum application is an electronic record system that will give you 24/7 access to your records involving the clinical evaluation or if required treatment. After releases of information are signed, it makes it easy to share information as necessary. The minimum fee for a clinical evaluation is $110.00. The evaluation fee is based on state regulations and if there are any special requirements based on your particular situation. The fee will not be more than $155.00.

Medical Comprehensive Driving Evaluation

This service includes an administrative fee, Comprehensive Driving Evaluation, coordination with family/friends/medical providers, and behind-the-wheel road evaluation. The evaluation process is then finalized with a comprehensive report, discussion and plan for continued safety and confidence.

Defensive Driving - Insurance Reduction Only
